CloudCell voice, messaging, and internet plans

Voice plan conditions

Unused minutes do not carry over.

Carry-over Plan minutes not used in one billing period do not carry over to the next month. Your plan resets at the start of each period.

After plan use If you use all plan minutes, calls are charged for their destination under your current tariff.

Included destinations All-destination minutes include local, long-distance, 444, three-digit, domestic GSM, and STH operator calls.

Billing period Calls are billed in one-minute periods.

Advance payment A 6-month advance payment gives a 10% discount. A 12-month advance payment gives a 20% discount.

Taxes Unit prices are in TL/min and include 10% Special Communication Tax and 20% VAT.

International International call destinations are outside this plan table and are published in a separate international tariff list.

Messaging plan conditions

Delivery destination The listed prices cover SMS messages sent in Turkey. International tariffs are different.

Internet plan conditions

There is no connection or installation fee.

Connection fee For new connections, CloudCell does not charge the 70 TL x 12 connection fee or the installation fee. If the subscription is canceled before 12 months, waived fees are added to the subscriber's final invoice.

Term commitment Internet plans have no term commitment. A subscriber can get a fixed price by paying 6 or 12 months in advance.

Modem ADSL and VDSL connections require a modem. Customers on the Türk Telekom Fiber to the Home (FTTH) infrastructure pay a monthly 85 TL modem rental fee.

Device return If the service is canceled, the subscriber must return supplied devices within 10 days through CloudCell's contracted courier. If a device is not returned, a 2.000 TL device fee is added to the final invoice. CloudCell is not responsible for faults in devices that CloudCell did not supply.

Operator transfer For transfers from other operators, the username and password are sent by SMS.

Stamp tax Your selected plan renews at the start of each month. Stamp tax from the plan and campaign is charged one time on the CloudCell invoice.

Discounts You get a fixed price with 6-month or 12-month advance payment. Relatives of fallen service members and veterans receive a 25% discount.

Taxes The listed fees and prices include 10% Special Communication Tax and 20% VAT.
